About me

I am a computational biologist in New York. My work applies emerging computational methods to real biological and clinical questions in drug and device research, in pursuit of ‘better living through chemistry.’

I have carried that work across the full life of a drug or device: predicting protein structure and binding before a compound is made, designing the tests that prove an AI device works before regulators see it, and using graph networks and quantum machine learning on real-world patient data to measure how treatments perform in the clinic. Lately I build enterprise agentic systems grounded in well-structured context, connected to tools through shared protocols, and evaluated for robustness and reliability.

I like geometry and graph theory. I also like explaining hard science to people who do not have the background, whether that is an investment committee, an engineering class or an arts association.
